This picture is taken just across the street from the front entrance to the Louvre. The foreground silhouette consists of an odd sculpture of long, wooden sticks with no apparent purpose ... but hey, that's Paris.

Man! You are taking shots of all those monuments which many people have taken thousands of times....but the differt angle and the prespective makes it very interesting and different than the rest.

Amazing how you can capture the meanings of architecture & arts while I, most of the time, just ignore it and pass through without even a look... Well done! By the way, the sky is not that often blue here in Paris...

Interesting shot. I agree with Siba that seeing what could make a photograph more interesting is what makes a photograph more interesting. The two flafs are what sets this apart for me.

Interesting for sure. It almost seems as if you are looking out from behind some fence? To answer your question from a few days back (work has been crazy) ...yes, I AM enjoying my new camera. It's nice to get hand-me-downs! I still have lots to learn however.
