Aurélie and I are off today, flying back home to Paris, France. We have had a wonderful vacation over the past three weeks. From the cold tundra of Ontario, Canada to the sunny beaches of Georgia, USA, our time has been filled with great memories and good friends.
A very warm thank you goes out to the following people:
Jason and Leslie for their hospitality during our week in America. We wish them all the best in their future adventures in Europe.
Fran and Garry for their honeymoon gift of a week-long stay in any timeshare apartment that we wanted. Our time on the island of Hilton Head in South Carolina will not be soon-forgotten.
My Aunt Jill and John and all the family in Sudbury for showing us such warm hospitality in such a cold environment.
My parents, Allan and Wendy for opening their home to me and my wife and for their neverending love and support. No matter how far away we go, they will always be very near to our hearts.
And all the other friends and family in North America whom we do not see very often but always enjoy the time spent together when we do. Without them, life would just not be the same.

Hey Aaron, We liked your pictures of your Christmas vacation in Oakville and Sudbury. You took a lot of pictures at the Christmas dinner that we hosted for all the Schmidts on Dec 25/2004. Not one picture got posted. Regards, Uncle Earl

Thanks for all your well wishes. :) We did have an excellent time but also a hectic one, and life has been chaotic the past three weeks.
Earl, we enjoyed the dinner at your house very much and I did take a lot of good shots ... Now that I'm back in France, I'll have some time to organize my pictures and hopefully post some of the ones you've been waiting for.
