This pleasant scene was taken just outside my parents house, in my home town of Oakville, Ontario. I was getting ready for bed when I noticed that snow had started to fall. So I raced outside with a tripod and an umbrella and stood there in the freezing cold, taking pictures. The technique of using my flash to brighten the falling snow was inspired by Nadège's photo Eiffel Tower.

Yeah I figured it out about two months ago when I took a shot but I forgot turn off the flash. It was raining and it looks like stars on the night sky...
