The beautiful Seine in the afternoon sun with the Palace of Justice in the background. This is my last week online as Aurélie and I move out Friday to her parents place for a few days before we leave. I'll try and post some nice photos of Paris in tribute to how much I love her and how much I will miss her when I'm gone.

I will miss Paris too and have enjoyed seeing her through your eyes and heart. I will miss you and Aurelie and her mom Jeanette and our times that we visited you and walked the streets and sat for lunch. Say Hi to Jeanette. I will miss your friends that have commented on this site. I have gotten to know them a little. But this is all for a short time... until you settle in N.Z. and your new adventures. I wish for you and Aurelie much happiness and love as you journey together and look forward to many more shared pics. Love you both, Mom

I must admit that Paris is really beautiful through your lense, but in reality it is sometimes really hard living here. Remember when we talked about the lack of space and the rush which wraps you as soon as you are in the train or the metro... I wish for you both that you will remember all those good things of Paris: your family, your friends, your walks through the streets with their great buildings, and all the good moments you spent here. Have a great time over there in N.Z. and enjoy the space, the calm and all the new things you will discover every new day.

Thanks for all the nice comments. I know I won't forget Paris for a long time. And if I do, I'll always have my 4Gb DVD of photos! :)

Your site has become a must-see for me every day--especially your photos of Paris. I hope you will provide the same service to us once you get settled in NZ. But your angle on Paris, like this beautiful view of the Seine, will certainly be missed. I have put your Roses at Notre Dame, Arc de Triomphe, Elle, and War is business on my "favorites" tab so that I can check them out frequently. Thank you for all you do and for sharing with us
