Nicely done - I like the spike shapes in the black. As I scroll down to type this I am cutting off the top of the image and the black part looks like a cave opening to the land of sugar spike plant - spiney ruler of Herves slave planet.
Ouch! This picture is as sharp as the cactus is in reality. Excellent!

I have heard that some cacti are used for stock feed. I wouldn't want to be the ranch hand charged with the task of removing those prickly weapons. This picture reminded me of the thorn that forced expletives out of my mouth while I was pruning my rose bush this past weekend.
