Ka-sploosh! After taking this picture (out in Tauranga) I decided to climb down so that I could get some close-up photos. Unfortunately, I got much too close and the next big splash went flying up right over my head. I had just enough time to turn around and protect my camera against my chest before the water came crashing down on me. My camera was splashed pretty good but I cleaned it off quickly ... and it doesn't appear as if she's suffered any long term effects. Alas, such is the danger of Extreme Photography.

A thought for Aaron who has been home sick today. He will hopefully get better by Saturday as we fly to Sydney for a long week-end :) More nice pics to come from there.

Take your pills and stop taking such risks Aaron ! If you loose your cam you loose your mind ! Well, I hope that you will make a nice trip. It's winter in your country when we are suffering from water shortage here !
