I and Jason always shoot in RAW---thats relieves me of exposure bracketing. This picture somewho does not match with the other NZL pictures you posted.

Nice layers of colors. The lamp at the top sets off the perspective nicely.

RAW should give you a better result overall - once you get a process down you can pretty much apply that to 95% of your RAW images... I think CS2 does some auto stuff for you that CS does not. It still works best when you hit the exposure right the first time ;-)

One thing I learned in that workshop is that the people who claim to know what they are talking about recommend getting the most data in the 5th block to the right on your histogram as that data block holds the most info about the scene...

At first I thought this photo almost felt like a desert scene with the bold clouds and sharp plants. Really nice sunset view you folks have there. I agree with Shuva, somehow this photo seems to contrast our "outside opinions" from the other shots you have posted. Funny?

It will take some time before you tire of seeing this magnificent sunset from your front steps. As others have said, based on the picture of your home I thought you were on a crowded street lined on both sides with houses. With photography you can create entirly different perspectives depending on what the camera reveals.
