Jordi the crab alien

This is our landlord, Jordi. We call him Crazy Jo since he's one bad-ass Mo-Fo! Hehheh ... just kidding. He's much nicer than he looks in this picture (even if he does have a handlebar mustache like Hulk Hogan). Jordi just came back yesterday from a 5 week surfing vacation in and around Bali, hence the dark tan.

Involved in the tourism industry, Jordi is very knowledgable on New Zealand life ... in fact, he left an interesting comment on Black sand dunes of Piha Beach, that may be of further interest.
