Watchdogs on the traffic circle

Here in New Zealand, they don't use traffic police, they use trained dogs. If you don't signal correctly, drive too fast, or fail to yield the right of way, the watchdogs attack! I stood around waiting to see what would happen should someone made a mistake but after 20 minutes I gave up. I guess the fear of one's car being viciously bitten works well to inspire respect for the rules of the road.
