Continuing with photos from Waiheke Island,this picture turned out a lot better than I imagined it would. Shooting in RAW format allowed me to adjust the exposure and white balance in post-production (in this case I used Cloudy white balance to give the sky an extra tinge of red).

That is pretty cool indeed. Shooting RAW can help a lot in 'fixing' the images that would normally dissapear in the trash.

Yeah, when I was in Florida, my camera was set to Custom WB and all the pictures were bad...all blue blue tungsten looks....but fortunately I always shoot RAW. What is this "Cloudy white balance"?

Aaron did lots of very good pictures during our week-end in Waiheke but this one is on my favourite list :) really looks like paradise.

Shuva - "Cloudy" white balance is just a standard option ... in between Daylight and Tungsten, I think.
