This post is a continuation of Jason's Aurélie's got a new pair a shoes image. 14 months have passed since Jason's shot and Aurélie's boots are still alive and kicking (forgive the pun). Since then, these boots have seen glaciers, rainforests, swamps, beaches, thermal lakes, volcanos, and more volcanos. And that's all in one country. This picture was taken on Great Barrier Island where Aurélie and I spent Easter weekend. The boots (made by Merrell) were a Christmas gift from my parents.

Nice story. I feel you are best suited for writing stories for movies.

He, he, poor shoes! they have suffered a great deal last week-end in the mud. They need a good cleaning and they'll be up for more adventures.

Hah! I love this follow up....what a great shot. So much better with the mud on them, makes you feel like they have been around. This is like a commercial.
