When I saw blue mushrooms I knew the Evil Smurfs lived nearby. So Aurelie and I started hunting through the woods for any traces of Papa Smurf or Azreal. We did find some blue smarties but no smurfs. Alas, our search was cut short by rabid dogs chasing us through the woods and we were forced to turn back. Curse you, Papa Smurf!

BTW, the only post-production done on this was a little adjustment to saturation and contrast. Overall, this is the true colour of the mushroom.

But there must be a misunderstanding, Papa Smurf is the leader of a peaceful tribe! So, Aaron, you're the evil one!! But interesting shot... We don't expect this kind of colour in a wood...

It's an hallucinogenic mushroom. You eat too much of them Aaron.

I'm having mushroom flashbacks (not that kind) to Leslie's week of mushroom series! By the way - didn't you know that the smurfs live in Belgium?

This is a good shot, however (yup there is always one :)) Boossting up the saturation of the whole image now means there are also other colours fighing for attention. Solve that problem by lovering the colour of everything but the mushroom slightly, oh and by the way, I feel cropping everything after the mushroom is best. Hey my 2 cents. Suby
