Shuva was asking about dinosaurs in yesterday's shot. Well, I didn't see any on the beach ... but if they're to be found anywhere, I'm betting on Great Barrier Island. Here we are at Windy Canon with a view looking up towards Mount Hobson (Hirakimata) at a height of 621 metres. It took us about 2 hours to get to the top and it wasn't easy ... the last 40 minutes is a battle straight up a cliff, climbing through trees and mud, hence the condition of Aurelie's boots.

King Kong is the exact thing that came to my mind too....its that passage through whch all the veg-dinos came rushing down.

Funny - that was my first thought too (about King Kong). You can do a Peter Jackson scenes photo montage!
Cool shot too.

As the others pointed it out, you kind of expect to see dinosaurs rushing out through the passage!!!

Nice composition. Two peaks on either sides made this shot more interesting.

Hey Aaron, nice shot. It reminds me of the landscape around Machu Picchu. My hands down favourite has to be the low angle shot of the black sand beach and grass. Taking a close second, dolphin schmidty. Cheers.
