Post processing? Tough to remember off the top of my head, but I know it involved a black & white layer (red channel mostly) on multiple blending mode, a cyan photo filter, and a radial blur coming out from the center of the eye. Plus all the other usually tricks, unsharp mask, color selection, etc.
