This image kicks off my week at the Foodtown super market. I got a number of good shots before they told me it was against their policy to take pictures in the store. Damn terrorists and the affects of fear.

I like the red. I remember how the supermarket I went to before used the stickers to cover the bad parts of the fruit lol. You should try the Fuji apples.

They make my mouth water. They look like they are ready to jump off of the screen. What did you have your White Balance set for?

@Lee Waxman: I shoot everything on Raw and adjust the white balance after. The end result was probably set to Tungsten or Fluorescent to accomodate the fluorescent lights.
Very appealing photo. I like the control of the depth of field: just enought to read the sign but still a bit blurred to allow the spirit of the moment!
