I read your description from a distance and I thought it read "Grab your ponies, it's time to fish!"
I looked really hard for the ponies too :)

@Dave T: LOL ... So what would you catch with ponies for bait?
These guys are crazy!!! Looks like a dangerous place... Good capture!

This sure is hardcore.... If it's only a hobby fishing time, I think they have a new Xtrem sport! Good capture. Did you try B&W? As it's an almost monochrome scene it might work well. (Yep I'm colorblind)

@MnX: I think B&W would have been a good option for this scene. Too late now but I'll think about it next time. Thanks for your comment. =)
c'est pas le moment de glisser !!

Are those guys fishing trouts ? Now I understand why this activity is said to be a sport. I must admit that the fishers I saw here did not give me this impression !

lovely capture Aaron. it does indeed look dramatic.

All it takes is one huge wave and no more fisher people :) Ooopps, sorry me soo evil LOL

@Suby: I actually waited around a little while to see if this would happen. ;)
Indeed, there are a lot of beautiful places around the world, but this is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

Hardcore indeed! Well captured (from a safer place).

Great shot. This has inspired me to go fishing again. What did he catch?

Very nice composition.

Great capture of an uncommon moment. Compositionally, the rock and two poles work well.

Wow looks dangerous, hope they won't fall into the sea, I love the waves and the surface of the rock. Also it's great how small those two guys seem in commparison to the rock and the wave. Compositionally I think it's very nice how the edge of the rock almost draws a diagonal line in the middle through the whole image. Great!

it does look quite dangerous...that's a first i've seen anyone fishing in such tumultous conditions!...but the shot is great!
