It's tough to get into the holiday spirit when it's bright and sunny outside but Santa is not despaired. He's out there with the elves and the sunglasses and it might be 20C but he's got the full suit on, throwing out presents like there's no tomorrow! Go Santa Go!

I never realized that there was a Santa in the picture until I read the desc. What kind of photography skills do you have that your main subject is simply not obvious?

Ho ho ho ... I had to laugh at this one. It amazes me why we Sth Hem people still trot out the snow for Xmas in summer! I'd never seen snow when I was a child, at least you have loads of snow in NZ!

@Helen: I've never seen it snow in NZ, except when I've been skiing. But I grew up in Canada so I saw my fair share of snow as a child. =)
It must be a warm weather Santa...he's awful skinny...nice shot.

i think it would be better to call that a 'Santa Parade'.......i live in nz and never heard anyone call it a 'christmas parade'
