Door in the wall

Something so simple.

Today is 20.07.2007 so today is a good day in my math brain books. I missed posting a picture on 07/07/07 because I went to watch Transformers but that was also a good day. Aurelie and I moved to New Zealand on 25.05.2005 which was no coincidence and another very good day.

Numbers to me are like keys for a lock. When everything fits, the door can be opened and we can move smoothly from one room to the next. More on my obsessive compulsive disorder with creeping plants.

- I am just getting distracted from the door and the eye moves to the left bottom part of this frame. Or was it actually an inclined plane? Looks so to me. I think it was.

@Shuva Brata Deb: It was on an inclined plane ... I was playing with it in Photoshop wondering why it didn't look right until I figured this out.

I like this one for it's simplicity and great texture - I like how we can't see inside that doorway, perhaps the number 23 is dancing with the devil.

Numbers are a funny thing often creating underlying patterns of seemingly unrelated events. I suppose 2007.2007 would be of some significance except to American's who are waking up to 0720.2007 which brings us back to this clever concept of relativity and the fact that despite all underlying global patterns they are only significant to those who find meaning in them. Reality is in the brain of the beholder.
