Mount Maunganui is a coastal resort town to the north-east of Tauranga, NZ. We went out there for the weekend and spent the time laying on the beach and going for walks. The Mount itself was formerly a Māori pa, similar to Te Pare Point in Hahei, but is now open to the public year-round. This is another HDR image.
