Solen going to sleep

She's now a day and half old in this photo. Solen loves to snooze ... something she gets from her mother. The hair on her forehead is know as lanugo and is a protective coating of fine, downy hair that will disappear after a few weeks. Her left check already contains a scratch from her long fingernails.

She looks so sweet and pink! Hmmmm, I bet she has that clean little "baby smell" too. I LOOOOVE these photos and can't believe how pretty her hair will be. Long and dark like mom's. Hey, I was wondering...I suppose it will be French in the home, Kiwi at school and Canadian "eh" and "abooout" when she is talking to ole dad?? She is truly an international child....how lovely.
