This is the Berlaymont building in Brussels that houses the European Commission headquarters.
These type of buildings must be very tensed and busy these days.

nice - this turned out a lot better than any of my shots of this scene - great angle with the line of flags, clouds and the reporter guy

@Jason Kravitz: I did this in HDR which made a big difference since the levels were across the board in the original.
I really like the image and the patterns and lines in the image.
